Creating extraordinary client experiences

Our heartbeat is to create a network of cross disciplinary planners who share a common vision–to help clients organize and plan their future with complete data in a world where most settle for incomplete data. Since our beginning, serving clients with care and excellence has been our aim.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide estate and elder law planners, who desire to be best-in-class, an unparalleled digital platform that creates an extraordinary client experience by enhancing their connection to, care and counsel for their clients in providing for their unique planning needs.

Our Core Values

  1. COMMUNITY THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships with our members and our member’s relationship with their clients is important to us. Through our community of planners, our platform provides our members with a client portal that enhances the opportunity to develop life-long relationships with their clients so life transitions are efficient and less stressful.

  2. TRANSPARENCY AND CONNECTION WITH OTHERS

We are always honest. We build trust with our members by providing an authentic and transparent experience that members can share with each of their clients and their families.

  3. ORGANIZED AND THOROUGH WITH INFORMATION

We help our members organize their client’s assets and link those assets with their estate plan and beneficiary designations. This requires careful thought, planning and care for our members' client's sensitive information.

  4. ETHICALLY AND MORALLY RESPONSIBLE

We conduct ourselves with the highest level of integrity. Trust is earned with our members and their clients based on how we act towards them as well as how we handle their information.

Our Story

Our co-founder, Brian A. Eagle, J.D., and our team inherently knew that in order to create an estate plan that works, we need to create documents that meet the client's goals and objectives. In equal importance, the estate planner must organize a client’s personal and financial information to link the ownership of their assets and beneficiary designation to be in accordance with the client’s estate plan.

Eagle recognized in his over 30 years of estate planning experience as an attorney that linking the ownership of a client’s assets and beneficiary designation to be in accordance with the client’s estate plan is often not accomplished. Eagle and most every estate planner knows an estate plan falls apart when only one aspect of the plan is focused on. One without the other results in a plan that simply won’t work.

The Blur

In the 1990s, Eagle and two of his mentors, Bob Esperti and Renno Peterson, studied in a postdoctoral group named The Wealth Strategies Group. Eagle was introduced to a book that would alter the trajectory of his future: Blur: The Speed of Change in the Connect Economy by Stan Davis and Christopher Meyer. The book takes the reader through a journey into the 21st Century to a world where banking is done on the Internet and plane reservations can be made without the assistance of a travel agent.

Eagle started to connect the book’s contents with his estate planning practice. As he grew his practice focused on estate planning, he was concerned that although they were creating beautiful estate planning documents, he didn’t feel they were fully finishing the job.

Eagle and his team did accept a client’s transition from health to incapacity and from like to death, despite the drafting and implementation of planning documents. It was inevitable the transition would not be easy to complete as it was likely the client’s stuff would be an unorganized mess.

The book, Blur, completely transformed the practice. It provided the impetus to create a platform to accomplish the second part of every estate plan that works–the organization of the client’s personal and financial information to link the ownership of the client’s assets and beneficiary designations to be in accordance with the client’s estate plan. This second part is not easy to do, but Blur empowered Eagle and his team to make it easy and add it as an integral part of their estate planning services.

Connect2A to Inheralink

In 2000, Eagle and his team launched their first version of the platform, Connect2A, which was successfully utilized for over 20 years. This allowed Eagle to not only provide document preparation and implementation services, but also confidently provide comprehensive planning services.

In 2021, Eagle and his team launched their reimagined digital platform, Inheralink. This revamped platform has taken the vision from decades ago to the next level. The platform offers the opportunity to join others in the estate planners community that desire to be best in class.

“Inheralink empowers estate planners that want to standout in the crowded estate planning market by: providing unique services and developing lifelong relationships, creating plans that provide confidence to the client and their loved ones that their plans will work at the time of a transition from health to incapacity and life to death, provide comfort to clients that their plans are well organized and their assets and beneficiary are linked to be in accordance with the client’s estate plan, and demonstrating to their clients that they care about the client’s family by supporting the estate planning process not just at implementation but through the client’s life journey.” - BRIAN A. EAGLE, J.D.
