Brian A. Eagle is a nationally recognized attorney, educator, author, and wealth strategy consultant. He is a member of the WealthCounsel and an Instructor at the InKnowVision Institute. Together with his colleagues he is a co-author of the highly acclaimed books, Legacy, Plan, Protect & Preserve Your Estate, 1996, Esperti Peterson Institute, Generations, 1998, Esperti Peterson Institute, Strictly Business – Planning Strategies for Privately Owned Businesses, 2002, Quantum Press, and Estate Planning Strategies, Collective Wisdom Proven Techniques, 2009, Wealth Builders Press, LLC. In addition, he has also published numerous articles as well as lectured on various topics, including ESOPs, business, tax, and estate planning.

Brian is a graduate of Indiana University (B.S., Accounting, 1986) and Hofstra University (J.D., 1990). He is admitted to practice in the states of New York, Connecticut, and Indiana. Brian is the Indianapolis, Indiana founder and managing attorney of the law firm, Eagle & Fein. Brian passed the Certified Public Accountant Examination in 1988. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and American Bar Associations.

He is a member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, and founder of The Indiana Professional Society, an Alliance of Service Providers Caring for SeniorsSM. David Goldfarb is an experienced business owner and entrepreneur. David's expertise is in acquiring businesses, building them, and selling them. David has run companies such as retail, wholesale, computer integration, import and export and medical. He currently runs DEG Investments, DEG Properties and WDG, LLC. David overseas over 11 million dollars of both Residential and commercial rentals. He is responsible for all acquisitions and dispositions. David studied at night at Pace University at Briarcliff, while growing businesses in retail and wholesale. He is also the Vice President and on the Board of Directors at Congregation Kehillah in Cave Creek Arizona. David is married with 2 children and resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Zachary A. Eagle

Zachary A. Eagle is a current ultramarathon runner and Ironman triathlete, and former USSF Development Academy Soccer player. He has participated in over 20 half distance triathlons and qualified and raced in the 2018 Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. Zach is a graduate of Indiana University (B.S., Sport Marketing & Management, 2017).

He believes we have control over two things in life-our attitude & effort- and spends every day giving his personal best in these areas while using infectious positivity to lift those around him. He currently works for the Indiana Pacers as the Assistant Manager for Sports Medicine Operations and Equipment. When he is not working or training, Zach enjoys reading, travelling the country, and listening to podcasts in his free time. Zach is the son of Brian and Kellie Eagle, and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Louis W. Pierro is the Founder and Principal of Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC, a law firm with offices in New York City, Albany, Long Island and other locations that serves clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. Mr. Pierro is a frequent speaker across the country on legal issues relating to estate planning, elder law and business planning.

Mr. Pierro is also a Founder and Director of ElderCounsel, a national membership organization of Elder Law and Special Needs law firms, which provides proprietary document drafting software and education to over 1400-member firms in all 50 states. Most recently, he founded ApolloCare, LLC, a business that integrates home care coordination (EverHome Care Advisors), with connected home health technology (VivaLynx) providing seniors, families, and caregivers unique opportunities to live independently in their own home.

Mr. Pierro has been selected to the Best Lawyers in America, The Best Lawyers in New York, Super Lawyers of the Hudson Valley, Top 25 Lawyers in Upstate New York, NY Times Top Attorneys in NY, and he has maintained an AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2001. In addition, Mr. Pierro was selected by his peers as “2018 Lawyer of the Year” for Elder Law in New York’s Capital Region.

A graduate of Lehigh University and Albany Law School, Mr. Pierro was admitted to the New York State Bar in January of 1984 and is licensed to practice in all New York State Courts, the US Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mitch Thompson

Mitch Thompson is Vice President of Public Safety Solutions for Word Systems, LLC. Following a 29-year career in law enforcement, Mitch retired and began a career in technology consulting. After working for over 2 years with an Indianapolis based technology consulting firm, Mitch returned to his roots to join Word Systems. Founded in 1977, Word Systems focuses on audio, video and digital evidence management solutions for public safety.

Mitch has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University – Bloomington (1991), and a M.S. in Administration and Justice from University of Phoenix (2012). Mitch has also graduated from the prestigious F.B.I. National Academy (Session 202, 2000) and the F.B.I. Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar (Session 50, 2005).

Mitch continues to support his community and public safety as a board member and treasurer for Cherish Center, a Child Advocacy Center in Hamilton County, Indiana. In his free time Mitch enjoys outdoor activities with his partner, Kim, such as running, biking, and hiking. Mitch has two adult children; one a technology consultant and the other a High School teacher.
