To get started, you will begin with a self-guided tour. During this time you will learn about the features and benefits of using Inheralink through a series of Chapter Videos. These Chapter Videos will highlight and educate you on all of the important features of Inheralink such as funeral planning, tracking ownership of land and personal property, the Inheralink Vault, and how you can grant access to collaborate with authorized parties (such as children) and trusted advisors.

After learning about all the features available through Inheralink, it’s time to sign up your law firm. You will be asked to complete a simple form that includes your firm’s address, phone number, and website URL. Once you have completed those questions you will choose what access level you’d like. Gold, Premier, and Platinum are the three different access levels available.

Once your firm has been set up with an account, you will receive a unique link for your organization. With this link, you can add other team members in your organization who will access the tool. Each member will then be able to add their client’s information and documents. In addition, they will be able to take advantage of the following features:

• In Case of Emergency, where a client can add emergency contacts, medical history, and important health care documents that a health care professional can access with a unique login located on their personalized ICE card.

• Notifications when clients update their information.

• Vault to organize all non-financial information (liability insurance policies, disability insurance, and long-term care insurance).
